If we decide to take a claim into consideration, this will be done on a No Cure No Pay basis. We deal with corporate claims and individual claim cases, as well as collective claims and arbitration proceedings.

We mainly finance legal claims in countries where lawyers are not permitted to work on a No Cure No Pay basis, including the Netherlands and a number of other European countries. In addition, we may finance legal claims in countries where lawyers are permitted to work on a No Cure No Pay basis.
